Urethane tooling is more economical since they are normally made from aluminum. Cross-sections can vary considerably without shrink marks making product design easy. Metal substrates can be molded in when required thus enhancing your design and saving secondary operations.

In-mold coating can make your urethane products UV stable when required plus adding to the many colors available.

There are many different types of urethane materials, dependent upon your requirements. They can be flexible or rigid, lightweight or heavy, soft or firm.
