Polycast will work with the raw material suppliers to provide you the best possible product. At times, product shape and size will predict the reactivity and chemistry of the raw material. Material selection takes into account your requirements for your part; such as: hardness, density, dimensional stability, operating temperature, load bearing capacity, shrink factors, coefficient thermal expansion, final part finish, abrasion and chemical resistance, and thermal or acoustic insulation.

With our Hydraulic Rotating Mold Presses we can process the most difficult products because we are able to evenly disperse the material throughout the mold cavity. With our computerized program we can calculate material requirements to the last gram.
